Ayse Caglar is Vice President of Communications for SNC, where she oversees the company’s enterprise-wide communications strategy, brand management, and external and internal communications operations. In this role, she leads public relations, executive positioning, employee communications and corporate branding, aligning SNC’s enterprise narrative with its strategic growth as an agile innovator and trusted partner in the aerospace, defense and national security sectors. Her responsibilities include advancing enterprise visibility and brand awareness, protecting corporate reputation and communicating the value of SNC’s disruptive technologies that safeguard freedom to key stakeholders and customers.
Ayse leads a high-performing communications team focused on delivering high-impact, strategic narratives, driving employee pride and engagement, and elevating brand equity across an expanding global footprint. Her team connects powerful enterprise storytelling directly to business objectives and mission success, ensuring SNC’s voice remains authoritative, unified and agile as the company continues to disrupt traditional defense paradigms.
Prior to her current role, Ayse held positions of increasing responsibility within SNC, supporting executive and international communications while expanding employee communications across the enterprise. Outside of SNC, Ayse served as Vice President of Client Strategy at digital marketing agency KPS3 and held progressive marketing and communications roles at Renown Health, culminating as Manager of Communications, where she directed the health network’s internal communications and media relations strategy and launched its award-winning content marketing platform.
Ayse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
