Robert Kronz is Chief Financial Officer for SNC, where he oversees all finance and business operations functions, including accounting, treasury, financial strategies and planning, pricing and program finance, tax, government compliance, corporate real estate, and finance digital transformation. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives that drive enterprise-wide financial excellence and support SNC’s mission as a global aerospace and national security leader.

Robert leads high-performing teams to advance SNC’s financial strength, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. His leadership supports the company’s transformation and modernization through financial stewardship, process optimization, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Prior to his current role, Robert held positions of increasing responsibility within SNC’s Corporate Office and served as the Finance & Business Operations leader for ISR, Aviation and Security (IAS), the company’s largest operational business area. He played a key role in multiple domestic and international acquisitions and spin-offs, and was named SNC’s Executive of the Year in 2019.

Before joining SNC in 2013, Kronz spent 17 years at Lockheed Martin Corporation, holding various finance & business operations leadership roles across multiple business segments with diverse portfolios. He was instrumental in developing finance talent pipelines and served as the IS&GS western region instructor for the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP).

Kronz holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
