SPARKS, Nev. (September 23, 2026) – SNC today announced that the Pacific Crest Alliance, its joint venture with Auria Space Systems, has been selected as one of fifteen awardees on a $981 million ceiling, multiple award IDIQ contractsupporting the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology and Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) Capability Development initiative.
The award establishes a robust and highly specialized industrial base dedicated to accelerating the development and integration of next-generation test andtraining capabilities—critical technologies that ensure U.S. Space Force Guardians can train, operate and respond decisively in the rapidly evolving space domain.
Led by U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command’s Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) / System Delta 81 (SYD 81), the contract will support space and ground-based engineering activities through 2032. The Pacific Crest Alliance team will design, manufacture and deploy advanced space and ground systems – including payloads, sensors and communications relays – to support test, training and range environments.
