CENTENNIAL, Colo. (Oct. 13, 2025) – Global aerospace and national security company, SNC, is pleased to welcome Darrell Hineman as vice president of compliance. Bringing over 23 years of experience in accounting and federal government contracting, Hineman will play a pivotal role in strengthening SNC’s compliance strategies to meet the evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

In his role at SNC, Hineman is responsible for developing and establishing robust compliance strategies, policies, procedures, and programs that align with evolving legal requirements, ensuring SNC's continued growth and success in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. He will also oversee the preparation of incurred cost proposals, forward pricing rate submissions, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Disclosure Statements, while fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies.

Hineman’s career spans multiple facets of the federal government contracting arena, with notable experience working with agencies such as the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Energy (DOE), and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). His extensive background includes managing CAS disclosure statements, preparing cost impact proposals, and leading engagements as a government auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). His expertise in developing compliance strategies and optimizing cost allocation methodologies will be invaluable in driving SNC's future success and regulatory excellence.
