SPARKS, Nev., July 22, 2022 – Global aerospace and national security company Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) recently welcomed Frank Peloso as its new senior vice president of human resources (HR). Peloso will oversee SNC’s HR function and lead development and execution of SNC’s people strategy.
“Frank has an impressive track record of guiding organizations and HR teams through rapid business growth,” said SNC Chairwoman and Owner Eren Ozmen. “I know his expertise will be a core ingredient to SNC’s continued success and growth, especially as we focus on attracting and retaining top talent.”
Peloso joined SNC in June 2022 and has nearly 20 years of experience leading HR initiatives at global aerospace and defense (A&D) corporations. Peloso will leverage his extensive A&D background to identify talent and organizational strengths to build and scale the company’s HR capabilities, operations and functions to support evolving business priorities as SNC continues to grow.
In his role as senior vice president of HR, Frank oversees the HR functional area including HR Ops, Benefits & Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and ID&E. He is based at SNC’s Rocky Mountain Campus in Englewood, Colorado.
