  • Growth is part of SNC’s program support and industrial base expansion strategy.

SPARKS, Nev. (July 3, 2025) – Global aerospace and national security company SNC is pleased to announce the opening of two new locations in Miamisburg, Ohio, and Plano, Texas. Both facilities celebrated grand openings the week of June 2, 2025, marking significant milestones in SNC's regional and national expansion efforts.

Plano Office Opening

The Miamisburg, Ohio, location, which houses up to 100 employees, initially opened in April and is SNC's third facility in the area. SNC currently operates one location in Beavercreek and approximately 200,000 square feet of office and hangar space at the Dayton International Airport, known as the Aviation Innovation and Technology Center (AITC). Construction on two additional hangars at SNC's AITC is currently underway.

The Miamisburg addition underscores SNC's commitment to enhancing its regional presence in support of the Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) program. The SAOC is a highly specialized aircraft that serves as an airborne command center for the president and other top national security leaders to ensure continued critical airborne command, control, and communication (C3) during national emergencies.

“Our expansion in Ohio and North Texas is a reflection of SNC’s commitment to building a regionally positioned workforce which further ensures mission success and customer support,” said Jon Piatt, executive vice president for SNC’s IAS business area. “These initial, regional growth areas are critical to the successful execution of programs like SAOC, HADES, Autonomous Mission Systems, Golden Dome for America and Digital Twin development. Our new locations enable immediate access to talented and experienced people to meet our rapidly scaling growth, while working more closely with regional partners and teammates for these critical national security interests.”

Miamisburg Office Opening

Simultaneously, SNC is expanding its presence in Texas where it already operates three locations in Greenville, Houston and San Antonio. The new Plano facility accommodates nearly 300 employees and is strategically positioned to support SAOC and other critical national security priorities. This location plays a crucial role in supporting SNC's mission to bolster the U.S. defense industrial base and ensure that the company remains at the forefront of technological advancement.

“Our expansion in Ohio and Texas is a reflection of SNC’s commitment to invest early to ensure mission success and war fighter support,” said Jon Piatt, executive vice president for SNC’s IAS business area. “These regions are critical to the successful execution of the SAOC mission and are strategically located to ensure we work more closely with our key partners and teammates on this critical national security initiative.”
