Gregory J. Livingston is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for SNC, where he oversees the company’s legal, contracts, international trade compliance, and corporate insurance functions. As SNC’s chief legal officer and corporate secretary, he leads legal and compliance strategy across a multi-state workforce operating in 19 U.S. states and internationally in England, Germany and Turkey. His role includes advising SNC’s executive leadership on enterprise-wide legal matters, and supporting strategic priorities across the aerospace, aviation, electronics and systems integration business areas.

Greg leads cross-functional teams to ensure SNC’s operations are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements, advancing the organization’s mission to deliver innovative solutions for its customers. His leadership supports SNC’s ongoing transformation and growth, helping to modernize legal practices, manage risk and ensure compliance in a dynamic industry environment.

Prior to his current role, Greg served as SNC’s Associate General Counsel, where he provided legal oversight for major corporate initiatives and supported key programs across the enterprise.

Greg brings over three decades of diverse legal experience spanning corporate and business law, commercial and real‑property transactions, employment matters, litigation, insurance coverage, bankruptcy representation, and judicial clerkship work. Prior to joining SNC in 2011, he served as a Partner at Burton, Bartlett & Glogovac, and earlier practiced with Hardesty, Bader & Ryan and Vargas & Bartlett. He began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada.

His reported cases include Tri‑County Equipment v. Klinke (2012), United v. Chapman (2004), and Beckwith v. State Farm (2004). He is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Court for the District of Nevada. He is also a member of the Washoe County Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Greg earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he served on the Pacific Law Journal Board of Editors and was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University and completed academic study at the London School of Economics with a focus on British economic policy, financial systems, and European political structures.
