How we select and hire candidates shouldn’t be a mystery. Interviewing for a new job (or your first) is an exciting time, so at SNC we want to ensure that every candidate feels comfortable and empowered to succeed throughout the four-to-six week process.
From your first handshake to your first day
Submit your resume. If your experience and skill set are a match, we'll reach out to you directly.
One of our recruiting team members will set up a time to chat over the phone to hear about your experience.
You'll speak to and get to know the hiring manager and the team, either in person, over the phone or by video chat.
If you're the right fit, we'll send an offer letter. Then, you'll go through a series of background and security checks.
Welcome to SNC—let's get to work.
THE SNC interview process
Making a positive first impression starts right now.
Review your interview confirmation to ensure that you're heading to the right place or that your video-chat systems are working.
Coming to one of our offices? Don't forget your ID—we take security seriously.
Arrive 15 minutes early to get checked in and settled. Those extra few minutes will calm your nerves.
Bring extra copies of your résumé—you never know who you'll meet.
Dress professionally, but also be yourself. We want to get to know the real you.
Ask questions about the things that are important to you. You're interviewing us, too.
Relax. We know interviewing can be stressful, and that's okay. We're looking for people who are honest, humble and hardworking, not perfect.
