Debora Meyer is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for SNC, where she oversees the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy and leads all facets of human resources operations and organizations development. This role includes building and scaling HR capabilities to support SNC’s evolving business priorities as the company continues its dynamic growth in the global aerospace and national security sectors. 

Debora leads high-performing HR teams focused on attracting, developing and retaining top talent while advancing a culture of excellence and inclusion. Her leadership drives transformation and modernization of HR practices, implements performance-based infrastructures and creates incentive plans that improve organizational outcomes and foster a robust talent pipeline for SNC’s future workforce.

Prior to joining SNC, Debora served as the most senior executive HR leader at Kaiser Permanente, where she guided the organization through significant transformation and developed leadership programs that accelerated the growth of diverse talent across all levels. She also held various progressive leadership roles at Northrop Grumman over the course of 16 years, including Vice President of Human Resources & Administration and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, where she crafted an executed enterprise-wide people strategies, augmented benefit programs and led executive compensation restructuring.

Before her tenure at Kaiser Permanente and Northrup Grumman, Debora built her career in human resources management, gaining hands-on experience in the information technology and environmental systems business units and championing cross-functional, company-wide change management initiatives.

Debora holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Radford University and Master of Science in Human Resource and Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Specialist and a Certified Benefits Specialist. Debora was recognized as one of the San Francisco Business Time’s Most Influential Woman in Bay Area Business in 2019.
