Mark C. Williams is Vice President of Aviation Strategic Plans & Programs for Sierra Nevada Corporation’s Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Aviation and Security (IAS) Business Area, a world-class aircraft design, modification, mission systems integrator, logistics, and security provider.
Mr. Williams is responsible for providing strategic direction to SNC Executive Leadership on identification, qualification and capture of new business opportunities and growth of IAS’s products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives. Williams joined SNC in 2013 and held Director and Senior Director positions prior to assuming his current position.
Before joining SNC, Williams served as the B-2 System Program Director, Fighters & Bombers Directorate at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center - Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Williams served 24 years active duty with the U.S. Air Force in a variety of Special Operations, Air Force Research Lab, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, and Acquisition positions.
Mr. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Xavier University, and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University’s Eisenhower School.
