As a Talent & Development Partner II you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and deployment of talent and leadership programs. You will collaborate with the Manager of Talent & Development, Human Resource Business Partners, and Learning Partners to create programs and support tools. You will support the design of talent & learning solutions utilizing multiple delivery and distribution channels, such as Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), e-learning, mobile learning, micro-learning, video, webinars and more, using dynamic instructional design methodologies. Acts as a partner to the organization to assess talent & leadership development needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 3 years of work experience
    • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Extensive knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles
  • Working knowledge of e-learning software
  • Content Development, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with Performance Measurement, Talent Review, Succession Planning


  • Background in HR, training, management consulting, communications, or other support function
  • Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
  • Experience with Workday HR Management systems
  • Some career and/or leader coaching helpful, but not required
