As a Project Management Coordinator II, you will be using your skills and expertise to prepare and coordinate the plans and schedules for our new or existing programs. You'll be responsible for determining, monitoring, and reviewing our costs, operational budgets and schedules, manpower requirements, and supporting and participating in negotiations with our customers. You'll implement program modifications that result in improved productivity or reduced costs.

As the beginning of the program management track, it is understood that employees in this job profile will have limited experience with the knowledge areas and process groups of program management.   

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that internal customer needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Work with other team members to remove road blocks
  • Use tools to monitor and control performance and plans
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least 3 years of relevant experience
    • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Effective Time Management
  • Demonstrates ownership of tasks
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills


  • Experience facilitating entry of data into PM Systems
  • Experience working with Senior Leadership to obtain approvals
  • Experience resolving program specific conflicts, especially those related to resource assignments
  • Experience working with IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
  • Experience monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and helps to facilitate updates as required
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
