We are seeking an entry-level Subcontracts Admininstrator with a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services in order to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. What to look forward to: As a Subcontracts Administrator, you will be using your skills and expertise to develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for our subcontract systems in support of development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You'll be responsible for preparing our bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating our proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering our subcontracts. You'll partner with contracts administration and purchasing to further develop our subcontract policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance
- ISM Certification
