We are seeking a Program Manager with a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. We are seeking a talented Program Manager to lead and oversee the design and development of RF receiver systems used for Electronic Intercept (ELINT) and Electronic Support Measures (ESM) applications. These systems monitor the RF spectrum, analyze signals and perform direction finding. We are currently developing a number of new products to be used across multiple programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in business or a technical field and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • DOD experience in Program Management
  • Experienced Earned Value Management techniques
  • History of managing development programs, personnel, and product lifecycles from concept to obsolescence
  • Project Mgt experience of Software Development programs
  • Familiar with development processes for systems, HW and SW, and design and build documentation required
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications including MS Project for scheduling, resourcing and tracking progress
  • Experience as a supervisor
  • Experience assessing technical performance, schedule and financial risks, and coming up with risk mitigation plans
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance is required Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances

As a Program Manager, you will:

•Be responsible for program performance, schedules, budgets, resources, and hiring

•Work with marketing, sales, engineers, business managers, program analysts, and manufacturing personnel to define, plan and monitor program execution

•Identify and solve problems before they become critical

•Lead and develop staff across multiple corporate locations

•Have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for your programs

•Report program accomplishments, progress, issues, and financial status

•Identify risks, and define and implement risk management plans

•Interact with customers making sure their expectations are met while working on follow-on business opportunities with them

•Support business development efforts by managing proposal efforts, and pricing products and services

•Travel to various locations to attend program reviews with customers, co-contractors and vendors, and collaborate with other SNC personnel
