We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Engineering field and at least 6 years of relevant experience. What to look forward to: As a Systems Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to design, plan, and develop new system requirements using logical and systematic conversions of our product requirements into total systems solutions. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering difficult and complex system designs. You're technical responsibilities during planning, organizing and conducting projects involves the design and development of new system specifications, input/output processes and hardware/software compatability.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related Engineering discipline and at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of systems integration and testing
  • Able to demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of regulatory and applicable airworthiness requirements including Mil-hdbk-516C requirements
  • Understand Systems Engineering product lifecycle management
  • Experience in systems engineering functions including: requirements management, risk management, interface definition and control, operations concept development
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, customers, and individual contributors
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance required


  • Prior experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
  • Ability to integrate Radio Frequency (RF) Transceivers and Antenna systems and other airborne systems onto aircraft
  • Ability to analyze (RF) transceiver and antenna systems for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and co-site effects of system on other onboard systems
  • Experience with radar systems
  • Experience with standard avionics computing protocols and computer networks
  • Experience with government contracts
  • Experience with both military and commercial aircraft systems
  • Experience with Commercial Derivative Aircraft modifications.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and cost
  • Experience in Systems Engineering process development and deployment

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.
