We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least 14 years of relevant experience. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. What to look forward to: As a Project Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to design and lead technical/operational plans in order to drive project completion for our products and services. You'll be responsible for performing difficult and complex engineering design evaluations, working to ensure our projects are completed within budget and scheduling restraints and taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Your technical responsibilities during planning, organizing, and conducting projects involves creating new or modified processes, engineering project designs, and work specifications.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least 14 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand detailed Integrated Master Schedules and provide feedback on dependencies
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance required

Preferred:

  • Program Management International (PMI) and/or Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Prior aerospace and defense industry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Project software
