Differential GPS Precision Approach and Autoland System
SNC has developed and fielded a Differential GPS instrument taxi, takeoff, approach and landing system for the Global Hawk extended range high altitude UAV program's shelter-based control center. In addition to providing this precision technology product and all supporting logistic documentation and spares, SNC provides subsystem and component spares, as well as the system depot repair capability.
This system capability is also available as an independent stand-alone UAS Automatic Takeoff and Landing System (ATLS) in a portable, modular tactical case configuration. This tactical case configuration of SNC's differential GPS also forms an essential building block of the Dual-Thread (DT) ATOLST.
This system current supports the following signals in space: SCAT-1, LAAS CAT I and our prototype land based JPALS.
