TactiLink HMCS

The SNC-HMCS Modular Communications Suite is a radio and ancillary HMMWV mounting solution specifically designed to address problems associated with mounting radios in up-armored HMMWV models. The lower radio shelf is positioned at an upward tilt to avoid a machine gunner’s feet and allow the driver or passenger easy access to the radio controls. The optional HMCS-PUMA mount addresses mounting issues for the PUMA Core by incorporating hardware for mounting the PUMA in an up-armored HMMWV. Both the HMCS and the HMCS PUMA are currently being fielded by the United States Marine Corps.
