Acquisition of Straight Flight, Inc (SFI) and Straight Flight Conversions, Inc (SFC) Sparks, Nevada – February 9, 2007 – Sierra Nevada Corporation announces it’s acquisition of Straight Flight, Inc (SFI) and Straight Flight Conversions, Inc (SFC). These Denverbased FAA/EASA Certified Repair Station operations, located at the Centennial Airport on the South Side of the Denver Metro area, conduct commercial aircraft modification, installation, and maintenance activities and will be combined into a commercial subsidiary of SNC. This acquisition represents an exciting expansion of SNC’s proven aircraft modification,
installation, and maintenance capabilities at one of the nation’s busiest airports, currently ranked #
2 in the nation among airports that are used for nonairline
service. Straight Flight will operate as
an SNC wholly owned subsidiary reporting under the Intelligence, Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance (ISR) business area. The well respected commercial aircraft capabilities and its
superior workforce attracted SNC to partner with Straight Flight from the onset. SNC’s engineering
