Acquisition of Aviation Resources De., Inc. (ARDI)

Sparks, Nevada – June 10, 2004 – Sierra Nevada Corporation announced that, as of today, it has completed the acquisition of Aviation Resources De., Inc. (ARDI), a Maryland-based aircraft modification, installation, maintenance and FAA Certified PART 145 Repair Station.

The acquisition of ARDI represents an SNC expansion in overall Integrated Systems capability and as a solid East Coast presence providing proven aircraft modification, maintenance and FAA Certification capabilities to SNC. ARDI’s broad range-ofsystems integration and management capabilities can be applied to Air, Land and Sea
platforms, and increases SNC’s ability to compete for larger and more diverse contracts. ARDI’s services also include; technical management, quality control/assurance, engineering, design, development, analysis and documentation, mechanical manufacturing and electrical assembling.
